To qualify for a refund or exchange on returned products, a return authorization must be submitted by Remembrances and the products must arrive at our location within the specified number of days from the receipt date and in the same condition we delivered them--i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged. Products that have be opened, used, or damaged or do not have a return authorization will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you are planning on returning a product please contact customer service at info@remembrances.biz or call 1-304-921-2767 to request a return authorization.
For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of meticulous quality control on products delivered by Remembrances. For all orders that are insured during shipping, if any product is damaged during shipping please contact us right away so that we may address the issue with the carrier. If any order is not insured but product is damaged during shipping please contact customer service.
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns of customized products.
